We do not spam anyone, nor hire any "marketing company" to send out spams. We do not
believe spam will help us or our customers. However, we receive a lot of spam
emails everyday. So we have to block spam emails at our email servers. If your
email server is an "open-relay" email server, your email might not be able to
reach us, due to your email server's IP address might be blocked. The only way
to get out from our spammer/spam-friendly list is to close your email server's
"open-relay" email software than write to us about it. Once we received your
written request about being remove from our blocked IP address list, we will
test to see if your IP address indeed fixed the open-relay, then remove your
IP address from the block list.
We have zero tolerance to the spammer. If you send us a spam, no matter you pretend to response any request or reply someone's email, we will add your IP address to the blocking list.
